Winnie the Pooh as a bloodthirsty killer? It’s for the beginning of 2023!
Earlier this year it was announced that Winnie the Pooh, whose story has fallen into the public domain several months ago was going to be adapted into a horror movie under the name of Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey. The trailer is visible below, and sets the tone for this adaptation which will be released normally February 15, 2023 with Rhys Frake-Waterfield behind the camera.
Independent of Disney, this adaptation will take the form from a slasher movie in which we will find Amber Doig-Thorne, Maria Taylor, Danielle Ronald, Natasha Tosini, May Kelly, Paula Coiz, Natasha Rose Mills, Nikolai Léon, Craig David Dowsett and Chris Cordell. The pitch? A character has befriended Winnie’s gang, bringing them food and playing with them. But the older he grew, the less the character called Jean-Christophe visited the group. Gradually, Winnie and her friends descended into madness and… devoured Eeyore.
Bambi and Peter-Pan will also go mad

He took advantage of the announcement of Bambi: The Reckoning to indicate that after this second horror film, he will attack Peter-Pan with a feature film titled Peter Pan: Neverland Nightmare.
